Cancellation Policy
I request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, and require a credit card to hold your appointment.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are considered a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 30% of the service amount.
Please give me a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. As a stylist I understand that sometimes schedules change, and emergencies happen and will do everything I can to accommodate any appointment changes and cancellations as required.
On-location bookings are for WEDDINGS ONLY
Also, Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
If you cancel on the day of your schedule appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
